Returns & Refunds

If you want to return or exchange the purchased product, there is no problem!

All you have to do is write us an email no later than 30 days after receiving the package, at admin@safiticuminti.ro, specifying: 

• the order number,

• the name and

• the product you want to change or return.

In case of exchanges, please specify the product you want to receive instead, and in case of returns, the account number in which you want the transfer.

Shipping costs for both return and exchange of a product are the responsibility of the customer.
